- Based on research findings and insights, reach out to international investor or suppliers providing with renewable energy equipment and technology, particularly from the UK, to find suitable solutions for each project’s needs in Vietnam.
- Verify supply capacity and necessary certifications to meet the requirements of the Vietnamese industry.
3. Partnership establishment and Contract Signing
- Negotiate and sign consulting contracts, such as investment consulting or technical consulting.
- Carry out cooperation procedures between UK suppliers/investors and project developers in Vietnam.
- Ensure mutual agreement on terms and commitments to meet project requirements.
4. Project Preparation - Legal Process Support in Vietnam
- Collaborate with lawyers, local developers, and regulatory agencies in Vietnam to ensure compliance with national legal and regulatory standards.
- Provide legal assistance to obtain project investment permits, such as working with local authorities or preparing documents like the Pre-Feasibility Study (Pre-FS), etc.
5. Project Implementation Support
Once the project investment permit is obtained, the project implementation phase begin:
- Support necessary legal procedures for importing and using equipment in renewable energy projects.
- Provide technical support during equipment installation and operation.
- Assist with technology commissioning and personnel training if needed.
- Offer equipment warranty and maintenance support.
